Banksia Bloom Professional Suite has allocated parking as well as ample off-street parking. Near to public transport, and with access ramps, elevator and high-speed NBN ensure your business services are accessible to all, both locally and globally.

A kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee-pod machine ensures you have space to store and make nutritious meals. With two toilets, shower, moisturiser and hair straightener, our co-working space ensures you can freshen-up at any time.

The lighting atmosphere aims to create an accessible and comfortable environment without being overstimulating. All offices are fitted with dimmable lighting and lamps to give you control of your environment. The waiting area has beautiful natural light as well as lamps and soft overhead lighting.

To reduce sound transfer, the internal walls have insulation, double-glazed windows to allow in natural light, solid doors with rubber seals, carpet, sound-reducing ceiling tiles and strategically placed sound speakers. The music assists with both creating a relaxing feel as well as further covering incidental noises.

FAQs

What is the minimum time a room can be rented.

A full day is the minimum booking, which provides use of the room and access to tea and coffee and limited stationary support for a period of 8 hours, 9am - 5pm.

Can I book the room for earlier or later sessions?

Yes, if you have a permanent booking under a tenacy agreement, you can access the suite and your office at any time of the booked day. If you are casually booking a room hours are 9am to 5pm.

Are prices including GST?

GST is additional to the listed cost and itemised on invoices.

I’m starting my business, can I build up the days I rent a room?

Absolutely! You have access to the booking calendar and can plan ahead as your business and bookings grow. If you are seeking a more permanent solution, tenancy agreements are available for weekly bookings of 1, 2 or 3 days, subject to availability.

What is the difference between a casual room booking and a tenancy agreement?

A casual booking provides you with flexibility to book and pay for a room, when it best suits your business’s needs. Available on short notice and fully furnished, you are able to arrive and do what you do best. A tenancy agreement provides you and your business security and certainty that you will have a beautiful space to work from at any time of the agreed days. Additionally, you will have access to storage in the office, access to increased printing (conditions apply) and option to access signage for external suite door.
